About payment
For international purchases we handle:
– Paypal, an online payment platform that is linked to your bank account. We assume the commissions and you are left with your purchase invoice.
– Wester Union, it is like making a money transfer at the counter, you go to the nearest office in your city and send the money in the name of the person we indicate to you.
National sales are paid in Colombian pesos (COP) and international sales in US dollars (USD), so the value in other currencies depends on the conversion rate on the day you make the payment. Paypal takes care of making this conversion with your bank by recording the payment in USD, but debiting the transfer from your bank account in your local currency.
If you are buying in Colombia you can pay with TDC through MercadoPago only for purchases made on our website.
If you make an international purchase you can pay with TDC through Paypal.
When you make your payment on our website, your order is scheduled online and we receive all your information. We will contact you by WhatsApp or email to share the form that you must fill out with the data and photos of your pet, so we can start manufacturing.
You can easily create your account and enjoy the benefits of shopping online. If you cannot use Paypal, our second option is to make an international money transfer through Wester Union.

About the products
Of course. As they are personalized products, you choose which accessories accompany it.
Our largest product is the MaxiPet (full body pet sculpture) and is available in the catalog up to 60cm in height. However, we have the capacity to make sculptures up to 2 meters, quote with our advisors.
About delivery time
It depends on the availability of the agenda, since to ensure the quality of each piece we manage monthly agendas according to our production capacity.
Agendas are opened one or two months in advance and have a certain order quota. Manufacturing begins in the month with an open agenda.
For example: If today is February 25 and the open agenda is APRIL, when you make your 50% payment you will be registered in the April agenda, your order will begin to be placed that month following the order of the agenda and It will be sent to you during April.

About the manufacturing process
Have at least one photograph of your pet, make a 50% payment according to the product(s) you wish to order and fill out a form with the information and photographs necessary for manufacturing. We will indicate each step in your purchasing process.
Yes you can, but keep in mind that the better the reference photos, the more detailed the design and painting of your sculpture can be.
To ensure detailed customization, keep the following recommendations in mind:
– That they are not distorted in size or with filters that change the color.
– They have various angles or profiles. Especially for full body sculptures.
– If your pet has long hair, choose photos where it has the same cut style, the one that is predominant.
– As your furry friend changes at each stage of his life, choose photos that are from the same time period.
From the beginning of the design, 3D printing and painting process, around two weeks pass. However, you must keep in mind that manufacturing begins in the scheduled month and following the agenda order.
In the workshop we use two materials for 3D printing: PLA bioplastic and UV resin.
Both are very strong and durable. They are ideal for sculptures because you can clean and manipulate them without fear of them becoming deformed, which is why it is a memory for a lifetime.
If you have any problems, you can cancel the order before we start manufacturing in the scheduled month and we will refund your payment.
If manufacturing has already started, we do not make returns.
About international shipping
For the USA, customs must be paid for orders from 800 USD. None of our products, including shipping, reach that amount. Only if the order exceeds this amount is payment necessary.
